With a consistent pipeline of work and strong client relationships, they are seeking an estimator who can help support continued growth and deliver accurate, competitive bids.The RoleThe Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates and supporting the preconstruction process from initial concept through to final bid submission.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed cost estimates for ground-up and renovation projects across multiple sectorsReview project drawings, specifications, and bid documents to understand project scopePerform quantity take-offs and pricing for labour, materials, and subcontractorsSolicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricingCollaborate with project managers, leadership, and clients during the preconstruction phaseIdentify potential risks, cost-saving opportunities, and value engineering optionsEnsure all estimates are completed accurately and within deadlinesRequirementsExperience working as an Estimator for a General ContractorExperience estimating commercial construction projectsExposure to corporate, retail, hospitality, or interior build-outs is highly desirableStrong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsProficiency in estimating software and Microsoft OfficeStrong communication and organizational skillsWhat's on OfferCompetitive salary $100,000 – $140,000 depending on experienceOpportunity to work on a wide variety of commercial projectsStable pipeline of projects across South FloridaCollaborative team environment with opportunities for career growth
