Position summary:The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to TechMet USA’s senior executives by managing schedules, coordinating meetings and travel, handling confidential information, preparing reports, managing reception and ensuring the efficient operation of the executive office. This role requires exceptional organizational skills.Roles & responsibilities:Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and expense reports.Maintain confidential records and sensitive information with discretion.Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, agendas, and meeting minutes.Screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and other communications.Assist with project coordination and administrative initiatives.Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors by managing the reception desk, and greeting guests.Perform additional administrative and executive support duties as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field.2-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or a similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (e.g. Teams/Zoom)Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectivelyHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentA positive attitude and a commitment to contributing to a supportive team culture Preferred skills & experiences:Demonstrated experience providing high-level administrative support to executivesInterest in advancing and contributing to TechMet USA’s missionLocation: Washington, DC (5-days a week in office)To apply: Email resume and cover letter to admin@techmet.com What We Offer:Salary: $65,000Benefits packagePerformance-based bonusesA collaborative, mission-driven, and innovative work environment
