Apply via Dice today!Job Title: Senior Mechanical EngineerLocation: Spring, TX (1 position, Long Term)Location: Carrollton, TX (1 position, 6-12 months)Visa: OPT , L2, USCProducts: Completion mostly Packers and Sand Control/Flow ControlWhat You will Do:Support the execution of new product development projects. Responsibilities include:Developing new design, 3D models of prototype components, assemblies, and test fixtures using SolidWorksPerforming engineering design calculationsAuthoring and executing product validation test proceduresDocumenting results through formal test reportsCreating design calculators to support engineering analysisWhat You Will Bring:Proficiency in SolidWorks or equivalent CAD softwareStrong command of Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with all design engineering calculation (preferred but not required)Background in electro-mechanical systems (preferred)Hands-on Experience With Product Development Testing (preferred)Ability to work semi-autonomously with minimal supervisionExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAdditional Skills:Skills typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline, and 5-8 years of related experience.Proficient with SolidWorks and Microsoft OfficeWillingness to learn.Proficient in self-management within a team environmentTime Management: The ability to allocate time efficiently, set priorities, and meet deadlines without constant supervision.Task Organization: Being able to plan and organize individual tasks and responsibilities in a way that aligns with the team''s objectives.Adaptability: Being flexible and adaptable to changes in the team environment, adjusting individual efforts to contribute positively to the team''s progress.Communication: Effectively communicating progress, challenges, and contributions to the team, ensuring transparency and collaboration.Thanks & RegardsR.RanjaniSr US IT RecruiterEmail:Contact:
