In this role, you will own revenue generation, new business, account retention, and customer responsiveness across your portfolio. Working onsite in Solon, OH, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver fast, reliable solutions that keep healthcare operations running.What You’ll DoRevenue Growth & Account ExpansionGenerate new transactional parts sales within assigned accounts to meet revenue and margin targetsIdentify cross-sell and upsell opportunities based on customer equipment and service needsManage pricing, proposals, and negotiations to close profitable businessExecute consistent follow-up to drive pipeline conversion and growth Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with clinical, HTM, and procurement stakeholdersServe as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requestsDeliver consultative guidance on parts sourcing, availability, and alternativesEnsure high customer satisfaction and retention across assigned accounts Operational Execution & CollaborationPartner cross-functionally with sourcing, purchasing, and operations teams onsiteEnsure timely, accurate processing of quotes, orders, and documentationMonitor account performance and communicate insights to leadershipMaintain accurate CRM data and activity tracking Market Insight & Continuous ImprovementAnalyze customer trends, pricing, and competitive dynamicsGather market intelligence and share insights with internal stakeholdersIdentify opportunities to improve processes, responsiveness, and customer experienceParticipate in industry events and team meetings (5–10% travel) What You’ll BringBachelor’s degree preferred2–5+ years of B2B sales, account management, or healthcare-related experienceProven ability to meet or exceed revenue and retention goalsStrong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skillsExperience working in a fast-paced, high-volume, in-office sales environmentProficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office toolsPreferred: Knowledge of diagnostic imaging, medical parts sourcing, or healthcare supply chain Who We Want To MeetAct Like an Owner: Demonstrates Accountability & Execution by consistently delivering on revenue goals and customer commitmentsServe with Purpose: Builds trust through Customer Centric behaviors, ensuring customer needs drive every solutionAdapt to Thrive: Applies Managing Ambiguity to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, in-office environmentCollaborate to Win: Uses Influence & Communication to partner cross-functionally and deliver seamless outcomesChallenge the Status Quo: Leverages Curiosity & Problem Solving to identify new opportunities and improve sales performanceAbout RSTISince 1985, RSTI has trained over 15,000 imaging professionals worldwide through high-quality, hands-on education. In addition, this position is eligible for variable compensation with on-target earnings (OTE) of $80,000 annually. On-target earnings reflect expected total compensation for meeting established performance goals. The commission plan is uncapped. The compensation ranges listed represent the company’s good-faith estimate of the pay range for this role at the time of posting.
