A successful claim processor at NWA understands the nuances involved with medical claims and the importance of claims being processed timely and accurately. If hired you will:Process medical claims accurately, thoroughly and according to plan requirementsFollow up on claims needing additional informationRefer problem claims to a supervisor and/or auditor for reviewMonitor “inbox” to ensure that claims and referrals are handled timelySpecial projects as assigned Located in Mountlake Terrace, WA, Federal Way, WA or our Seattle, WA office. Who you are...Organized. Able to juggle and prioritize workloads, have strong analytical skillsExperienced.
