The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience within a medical office, and possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional patient care. Responsibilities: Collect and record patient medical histories and vital signs Prepare patients for medical examinations and procedures Administer medications as directed by physicians Assist with patient education and counseling Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR) Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, and filing paperwork Communicate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care Maintain a clean and organized work environment Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentialityQualifications: MA Certificate or equivalent Minimum of 1 year of experience within a medical office setting Proficient in taking and recording vital signs Proficient in Phlebotomy Knowledge of medical terminology and EMR systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and patient confidentialityInterested in hearing more?
