Doctor of Medicine | Otolaryngology Location: Egg Harbor Township, NJ Employer: SalviaCore Solutions Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership for the ENT division in alignment with the health system's long-term growth and innovation goals. Lead and mentor a professional team consisting of four board-certified surgeons and two advanced practice providers. Deliver personalized, high-quality patient care with a focus on minimally invasive surgical techniques using advanced technology, including five Da Vinci Xi robotic platforms. Oversee the development and implementation of research and educational initiatives in partnership with university affiliates. Collaborate across departments to foster interdisciplinary cancer care and clinical innovation. Cultivate a skilled and diverse surgical team while engaging in community outreach to improve healthcare access and reduce disparities. Qualifications & Credentialing Must be Board Certified in Otolaryngology (Board Eligibility within 5 years of training may be considered). Active and unrestricted New Jersey medical license, or willingness to obtain one prior to start. Valid BLS, ACLS, and DEA certifications (or willingness to obtain prior to start). CSR/CDS certifications required prior to start. Must provide a recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) at the time of presentation. Full disclosure of malpractice history is required, including supportive documentation (history accepted with limitations). Proof of COVID and Flu vaccination compliance per employer screening. Candidates must have clinical experience beyond training; this role is not open to new graduates or fellowship-only candidates.
