Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Programmer located in Macon, GA. The CNC Programmer will be responsible for developing, testing, and optimizing CNC programs for milling /lathe ,mill turn/ 5axis operations, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring adherence to quality and precision standards. Day-to-day tasks may also include collaborating with machinists, troubleshooting programming issues, and maintaining accurate records of projects. Qualifications Proficiency in CNC Programming and Machining for creating and optimizing efficient programsExperience with Milling /turning/Mill Turn operations and technical drawing interpretationStrong understanding of programming principles related to computer numerical control systemsAttention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills to ensure accuracy and precisionAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environmentFamiliarity with industry safety practices and standardsExperience with CAD/CAM software is highly desirable(MASTERCAM PREFERRED
