The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with JAMA for requirement authoring, traceability, validation, and change management.Required Skills:5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering / Requirements EngineeringStrong hands-on experience with JAMAExperience in requirement elicitation, decomposition, traceability, and validationKnowledge of System Requirement Specifications (SRS) and functional requirementsExperience working with cross-functional engineering teamsUnderstanding of embedded systems, automotive, off-highway, or heavy equipment systemsFamiliarity with V-Model development processExperience with requirement reviews, defect tracking, and change managementKnowledge of CAN, ECU, sensors, or control systems is a plusStrong communication and documentation skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with tools like DOORS, Polarion, or JIRAExposure to model-based systems engineering (MBSE)Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, or Computer Engineering
