We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Recruiter to join a dynamic team in the plastics manufacturing industry. This Contract to permanent position is based in Aurora, Illinois, and offers an exciting opportunity to manage full-cycle recruiting processes while contributing to the growth of the organization. If you have a passion for talent acquisition and thrive in fast-paced environments, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities:• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new team members.• Develop and execute strategies for attracting top talent in alignment with organizational goals.• Source potential candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.• Conduct detailed interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and suitability for the organization.• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system to ensure compliance and data integrity.• Provide a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency.• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.• Support other HR functions as needed, ensuring alignment with company policies.• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.• Strong background in corporate recruiting, preferably within manufacturing or related industries.• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems to manage recruitment workflows.• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with candidates and stakeholders.• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.• Familiarity with recruitment strategies and tools for sourcing top talent.• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to hiring processes.TalentMatch®Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
