Client Service Coordinator

Job DutiesReceive and enter client's purchase orders and prepare an open order report to share with the customer on a weekly basisSend confirmations to clients with ETAs of production (work with purchasing & scheduling) (part of OOR)Enter new clients information on activate / update informationConfirm credit terms with accounting team when needed (new clients or update existing)Confirm pricing for each PO before confirming to client- work with site lead should pricing need to be updatedRequest documentation from regulatory (if requested after launch)Inform clients when order is ready for pick upPricing excellenceHost client meetings (if not launch related)Assist project manager as neededAny other client service tasks as assigned by the supervisorSpear head QBR's if requested by customerManage inventory targets and coordinate the resolution, disposition, and mitigation of excess or aging inventoryKnowledge, Skills & Experience2+ years of experience in a customer service environmentAbility to juggle multiple tasks and stay calm under pressureSolid written and verbal communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills including a high degree of professionalism and confidentialityWillingness to be a team player and work independentlyAbility to demonstrate initiative, prioritization, and maintain a strong eye for detailWork efficiently with a strong sense of urgencyDemonstrate effectiveness with large scale, cross-functional projectsKDC-ONE is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, age, sex, gender, disability or any other characteristic protected by law.
