Grinding Loader / OperatorRed River Brick, a leading brand of the General Shale network in the Southwest U.S., is hiring a Grinding Loader / Operator for our manufacturing facility in Union City, Oklahoma.This position is responsible for operating and monitoring grinding equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates must be able to work safely, both independently and as part of a team.Responsibilities:Follow all safety rules and proceduresComplete pre-operation checks to ensure equipment starts and runs properlyOperate and monitor multiple pieces of equipment to reduce downtimeReport and document equipment issues to the supervisorMonitor equipment condition and maintain daily recordsPerform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenanceEnsure ground material meets quality standardsMaintain proper material levelsAssist with other duties as assignedQualifications:High school diploma or GED preferredAt least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferredForklift, loader, or backhoe experience preferred, or willingness to learnHeavy equipment and belt conveyor experience is a plusAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsStrong problem-solving and teamwork skillsDependable, safety-minded, and able to work well with othersAble to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform physical workFlexible schedule availabilityWhat We Offer:Competitive hourly payMedical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and 401(k)Paid vacationStable, long-term employment with an industry-leading manufacturerEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
