This is a full-time opportunity with steady work, plenty of overtime, and long-term stability for motivated candidates.Job Responsibilities Perform welding on metal components using MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding processesRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbolsSet up, operate, and maintain welding equipment and toolsEnsure welds meet quality, safety, and company standardsInspect finished welds for accuracy, strength, and appearanceFollow all safety procedures and OSHA regulationsWork independently or as part of a team to meet production deadlinesQualifications Previous welding experience preferred (shop or field)Ability to weld carbon steel, stainless steel, or aluminum (depending on role)Ability to read blueprints and use measuring toolsStrong work ethic and reliabilityAbility to work overtime as neededWelding certifications are a plus but not required for all positionsWhat We Offer Competitive pay based on experiencePlenty of overtime availableConsistent, full-time hoursOpportunities for advancementSupportive team environmentSchedule Day, evening, or weekend shifts may be availableOT available weeklyApply now positions are filling fast and start dates are immediate.This is a permanent position based out of Brown Deer, WI.The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
