Production Supervisor

No C2C or 3rd Party candidates will be considered. We are seeking a dynamic, "working leader" to oversee a specialized production team in Elgin, IL. As the Production Supervisor, you will manage a team of 4–5 skilled individuals, ensuring high-quality output while remaining active on the shop floor. You will be responsible for keeping the workflow steady, cross-training staff, and maintaining equipment. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise, motivate, and mentor a small production crew; manage daily schedules to ensure all stations are covered.Oversee the end-to-end manufacturing process, ensuring quality control and timely delivery.Perform mechanical troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on production machinery to minimize downtime.Act as the primary bridge between the shop floor and management, providing input on process improvements.Qualifications5 years of Production Supervisor experience in manufacturing enviornmentsSheet Metal or Fabriciation manufacturing expeirence is a plus.Excellent communication skills and a "lead-by-example" work ethic.
