Job DescriptionPermanent Full-Time or Part-Time RDA - Registered Dental Assistant position in a Fremont General dental office. This office is looking for 3 or 4 days of the week with the available schedule of Monday to Thursday with the hours of 7 to 4 pr 8 to 5. They are fairly flexible with this schedule. The software for this office is Digitial and Eaglesoft. Benefits included.Duties and Responsibilities-Perform hygiene clinical procedures, including oral prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, sealants, fluoride, oral cancer screenings and x-rays-Educate patients on the importance of oral hygiene, as well as instructions and demonstrations of effective oral hygiene methods-Communicate with doctor where there are opportunities in patients for restorative and/or periodontal needs-Obtain and review dental history and/or records from patient (review patient health history and care slips) and ensure health history is updated for all returning patientsQualifications
