Front Desk Receptionist
Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is vital in providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency in office management software, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Bilingual skills are a plus, as well as experience with medical or dental office environments. This position offers an opportunity to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, contributing to a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Duties
Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service at all times
Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
Schedule appointments and manage calendars using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
Perform data entry, maintain accurate filing systems, and update records regularly
Handle correspondence via email and phone, including proofreading documents for accuracy
Assist with office management tasks such as supply inventory and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks
Support administrative functions including typing, document preparation, and filing
Maintain a professional appearance of the reception area and ensure it remains organized and welcoming
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and maintaining office supplies
Requirements
Prior office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
Experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette
Ability to handle data entry accurately and efficiently with good typing skills
Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is preferred
Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse clientele
Strong communication skills both verbal and written; customer service experience is essential
Office management or administrative experience in medical or dental settings is advantageous
Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively while maintaining professionalism under pressure
Personal assistant or medical receptionist experience is beneficial but not required
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
