The Sales Representative is responsible for managing existing accounts and developing new ones with the goal of growing sales, executing the sales order solicitation plan, identifying sales opportunities, and other sales order solicitation support activities as necessary. The ideal candidate will become an expert on the brand and enthusiastically communicate product knowledge to customers by sharing the brand story and the strengths of the product.RESPONSIBILITIESExecute local sales order solicitation efforts to drive sales orders and deliver company sales goals.Develop and maintain sales relationships with broker/distributor partners, retail customers, and new prospects.Monitor sales order goals and support brokerage sales teams on solicitation strategies for the brand's products.Execute sampling activity on and off premise to drive sales orders, and educate sales partners on solicitation of the company's products.Set up product displays to help drive retail sales orders.Maintain up-to-date records on contacts made, new placements secured, follow-up points, and competitive pricing and retail surveys to increase sales orders.Any additional activities necessary to support sales order solicitation in the region.
