Exp with tools- GEP, ITSM (Service Now would be great), working exp with Dell or HP- procuring dell and HP equipmentPerson hiring will be getting requests through toolprocurement process experience a mustMUST HAVE SOME PROCUREMENT EXPERIENCE WITH INFRASTRCUTURE TECHNOLOGIESPosition SummaryResponsible for:- Validating requirements and processing midrange compute requests.- Procuring servers and integrated rack components through established workflows (e.g., expense management, purchase requests, and purchase orders).- Managing inventory logistics, including tracking, allocation, and availability.- Completion of all engagement and logistics tasks for assigned projects.- Coordinating shipment and delivery of compute hardware to data centers.- Facilitating effective communication and coordination with internal partners, external vendors, and consumers.Primary SkillSDI CloudRequired Qualifications- Midrange server hardware and infrastructure experience (2+ years).- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Strong collaboration skills.- Project management experience.- Service request fulfillment experience.- Pro-active work ethic with the ability to work independently as well as with guidance.Desired Qualifications- MS Excel experience.- BMC ITSM Remedy experience.- DELL HPE server configuration experience.- GepSmart experience.
