Job Title: Social Media & Office Assistant (Part-Time)
Hours: 20 hours per week
Location: In-office / Local errands required
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dependable, creative, and self-motivated Social Media & Office Assistant to support our social media presence and daily office operations. This role requires someone who can take initiative, handle constructive criticism professionally, and balance creative work with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Create, edit, and post content for TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram
Stay current with social media trends and adapt them to our brand
Take high-quality photos and videos of dogs during special events for social media use
Assist with planning and posting content around events and promotions
Engage with followers and assist with basic social media management
Perform typical office administrative duties
Run local errands as needed
Assist with scheduling, organization, and general office support
Work independently and proactively without constant supervision
Requirements:
Experience creating content for TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram
Comfortable photographing and working around dogs
Ability to accept and apply constructive criticism
Strong self-starter with excellent time management skills
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Able to multitask between creative and administrative responsibilities
Reliable personal transportation
Must submit a portfolio or examples of social media content (especially TikTok)
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 per week
