Overview In this role you contribute to delivering quality software by performing QA activities and driving test automation. You will collaborate with client SMEs and development leads to clarify requirements and shape test scenarios, while working across global delivery teams and multiple SDLC methodologies. You’ll apply quantitative quality processes and estimation knowledge to ensure reliable releases. This position blends hands-on testing with client-facing coordination to impact product quality and delivery. ResponsibilitiesPerform QA activities across the software delivery lifecycleDevelop and execute test automation scripts using Selenium, Java, and PythonInteract with client SME and development leads to capture and clarify requirementsDraft high-level and low-level test scenarios and perform test executionTrack, report, and manage defects throughout the release cycleApply software development methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile, Scrum) in a global delivery contextUnderstand implicit and explicit client requirements and translate them into test artefacts Key requirementsAt least 1 year of QA experienceUnderstanding of estimation methodologiesKnowledge of quality processesAnalytical abilitiesStrong technical skillsExcellent communication skillsAbility to work with diverse stakeholdersPeople coordinationHands-on experience with Selenium/Java/PythonExperience interacting with client SMEs and development leadsExperience with SDLC methodologies and global delivery environmentsInvolvement in requirement understanding and test planningDefect tracking and reporting experienceAnalytical thinkingClear communicationCross-functional collaborationSeleniumJavaPython
