We take pride in providing a high level of customer service and creating fun, memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors. About the RoleWe’re looking for a hands-on, service-driven Assistant Manager to join our front-of-house leadership team. This role is ideal for someone with strong FOH management experience who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. The Assistant Manager works closely with the General Manager and ownership to support daily operations, lead staff, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This position is part-time and requires flexibility, with weekend availability a must. There is potential to grow into a full-time role when supplemented with serving or bartending shifts. What You'll do Oversee daily FOH operations to ensure smooth, efficient serviceLead, support, and motivate staff during serviceCommunicate service, food, and beverage issues to management and ownershipMonitor guest experience by touching tables and engaging with bar guestsEnsure cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the spaceMaintain and manage FOH inventory (products, ingredients, tools) and place orders as needed Create and publish weekly FOH schedulesEnsure side work and opening/closing duties are completed consistentlyKeep employee paperwork, billing, and filing organized and up to dateCollaborate with management on team goals, operations, and strategic planningAssist with events, promotions, and in-house programming (including events and activities)Support social media updates, email communication, and event promotionMonitor customer satisfaction and report any issues or maintenance needsWhat We're Looking ForPrior FOH management experience in a restaurant or bar setting (required)A positive, engaging personality with a genuine passion for creating fun, memorable guest experiencesStrong leadership, organizational, and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environmentA proactive, solutions-oriented mindsetFlexibility with scheduling, including nights and weekendsExperience with scheduling systems, POS, and basic business tools is a plusPassion for hospitality, food, beverage, and creating great guest experiencesAdditional DetailsWeekend availability is requiredOpportunity for full-time hours by combining management shifts with serving or bartendingGrowth potential within the company Benefits available after an introductory period
