Restaurant Manager

Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality food preparation and service, and lead a team dedicated to providing an outstanding dining experience. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining our restaurant's reputation and achieving operational excellence. Duties Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Supervise staff, including hiring, training, and developing team members to enhance performance. Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels. Implement effective shift management practices to ensure smooth service during peak hours. Utilize POS systems for tracking sales, processing transactions, and generating reports. Coordinate banquet services and special events to meet customer expectations. Maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation in collaboration with kitchen management. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and exceptional customer service. Requirements Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Experience in kitchen management and food preparation processes. Knowledge of inventory control methods and techniques. Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
