We’re seeking dedicated team members (that we call our Tunifiers) to join our team and complete bathroom remodeling projects in homes across our community. We are seeking career-minded remodelers or construction professionals who are willing to learn new techniques and are looking for a stable, well-paying career.As a Bathroom Remodeler, you will report to the Project Manager, and work on a team to safely and efficiently install showers, baths, vanities, and more on small to large scale projects.About The RoleBath Tune-Up is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bathroom Installer to join our growing team. If you take pride in your craftsmanship and enjoy working on a variety of remodeling projects, we’d love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesPerform demolition of existing bathroom components safely and efficientlyInstall new bathroom fixtures, vanities, showers, tubs, flooring, and tileConduct painting and finishing work to meet Bath Tune-Up standardsComplete drywall and Sheetrock repairs as neededMaintain a clean, organized, and safe worksiteCommunicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure satisfactionFollow company processes and timelines to deliver projects on scheduleRequired Skills And Qualifications English as a first language (for safety and communication purposes)Proven experience in bathroom remodeling or related tradesStrong knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing connections, and finishing techniquesCompetence in:Demo work Installation (fixtures, flooring, etc.)PaintingSheetrock repair and finishingAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces as neededAttention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipValid driver’s license and reliable transportationPreferred ExperiencePrevious experience working in residential remodeling or constructionFamiliarity with Bath Tune-Up or similar remodeling systemsCompensation And BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay: $25–$35/hour depending on experienceOpportunities for growth within a reputable and expanding companySupportive team environment with ongoing training and development Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hourBath Tune-Up Makes Homes BetterBath Tune-Up is a bathroom design and remodeling franchise system of dedicated professionals across the US & Canada with team members who go the extra mile to leave their clients’ bathroom spaces even better than they found them.
