Design Leader

A company is looking for a Head of Design to lead and execute product design across its portfolio companies. Key Responsibilities Partner with founders and leadership to translate ambiguous problems into actionable design direction Create and own design concepts for user experiences across various platforms, ensuring intuitive interactions Design and ship high-quality products and improvements, from early concepts to high-fidelity prototypes Required Qualifications 12+ years of experience in product, UX, and front-end design, including leadership roles in high-growth startups Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field Strong understanding of AI fundamentals and their application in product experiences Knowledge of front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Expertise in Figma or equivalent product design tools
