PACU NurseDowntown Austin, TexasNo Nights Weekends or On callPay: $35-45/hourSNI Companies has partnered with well known organization in Austin!We have an immediate need for an outstanding PACU-Post Op Charge Nurse to join amazing team of professionals at Central/South Austin multi-specialty practice.NO NIGHTS OR WEEKENDS or On call!!Monday to Friday early am shift Dream job!Must function in pre- and post-operative nursing capacities in the care of ambulatory surgery patients or be willing to cross train to achieve the full capacity of careA waived testsMust have a flexible schedule and willingness to report to work with short noticeDemonstrates necessary practical, technical, or specialized skills required for the role of the pre- and post-operative nurse in accordance with standards of practicePlans, implements, and evaluates pre and post-operative nursing care for patients based on individual, specific patient needs, and according to physician's orders. Required Qualifications:Active Texas RN license and a minimum of 5 years pre- or post-op experienceBCLS & ACLS Certification upon employmentPALS certification within 3 months of hire Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in NursingCPAN or CAPA certificationBilingual in English and Spanish a plusExperience in the intra-operative setting
