Duties Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits of mobile devices, accessories, and related technology Assist customers with POS (Point of Sale) transactions, including cashiering, cash handling, and processing payments accurately Upsell complementary products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays, stocking shelves, and ensuring product availability Provide excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers via calls or inquiries Support inventory management through stock replenishment, stock checks, and accurate record keeping Educate customers on store promotions, new products, and service options to maximize their shopping experience Qualifications Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in grocery stores or electronics retail environments Supervising experience is a plus; ability to lead by example and support team members effectively Strong communication skills in bilingual settings to serve diverse customer bases Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math calculations Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette Ability to demonstrate products confidently while engaging customers through product demos Knowledge of merchandising techniques and stock management practices Experience in upselling techniques to promote additional products or services effectively Join us as a Store in Store Mobile Associate to bring energy, expertise, and enthusiasm into every customer interaction.
