The AE acts as the key technical advisor and product advocate for the sales team, offering subject matter expertise and operational guidance during product development.Essential Functions:Offer global, real-time support on BLOS technology and Cellular ISR products to Mission Partners.Clearly articulate BLOS technology/Cellular ISR and product positioning to business and operational partners.Ability to respond effectively to operational issues and emergencies, minimizing mission disruption.Address all technical issues, ensuring partner satisfaction throughout the sales process by establishing and maintaining strong relationships.Provide equipment functionality and capability reports to the sales team, serving as the technical liaison to sales and product teams.Utilize knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in HW/SW disciplines.Provide technical assistance during customer meetings, presentations, and address complex BLOS technology and Cellular ISR queries.Research, collect, and report information on the functionality of company products and competitor equipment.Develop and deliver product demonstrations of BLOS and Cellular ISR products, highlighting features and benefits based on specific customer needs.Present BLOS and Cellular ISR products at field events like conferences and seminars.Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify needs and gaps in current BLOS and Cellular ISR product offerings.Assist in achieving strategic customer objectives set by company management.Maintain high partner satisfaction in line with L3Harris standards.Work closely with Mission Support Team for partner satisfaction and problem resolution.Travel a minimum of 50% of the time.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.Active Secret Clearance.Preferred Additional Skills:TS/SCI clearance highly preferred.Experience with Satellite Communication.5+ years of operational experience with L3Harris RO, RO-X, Mission Module-AN/PRC-163, Net Manager, and Cellular ISR products.Subject Matter Expert with BLOS technologies and Cellular ISR products.Familiar with BLOS and Cellular ISR missions, operations, and systems; including uplink and downlink frequency planning.Experience in mission planning and executing BLOS and Cellular ISR missions, including understanding mission requirements and constraints.Proficiency in delivering training sessions, both in classroom settings and in the field, ensuring that partners understand how to operate and troubleshoot the BLOS and Cellular ISR systems.Proficiency in creating detailed documentation and reports on system performance, training progress, and mission outcomes.Experience with deploying, operating, and maintaining BLOS and Cellular ISR systems in various field conditions.LI-FS1L3Harris Technologies is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
