GARNEY CONSTRUCTIONThe Talent Acquisition Manager - College Recruiting leads the recruitment of college students for internships and full-time roles, partnering with leaders across Pipe, Plant, Federal, Marine, and Corporate groups to identify hiring needs. This role drives campus engagement at targeted schools through career fairs, interviews, and strategic relationship building, while positioning the company as a top partner at key institutions.
