Business Development Executive (Bilingual - Spanish/English)

The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving business growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and promoting the company’s products and services. This role requires a combination of strong sales skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to foster relationships with both new and existing clients.Full professional fluency in both Spanish and English to effectively lead expansion efforts. ● Sales & New Business Development o Proactively identify and engage potential customers for isp.net’s services and solutions, focusing on long-term customer retention and sustainable revenue growth. o Build a strong sales pipeline by prospecting, qualifying, and securing new clients across both English and Spanish-speaking business sectors. o Conduct comprehensive market research to remain informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. o Design and implement strategic business development initiatives aimed at strengthening relationships with businesses, enterprises, and residential clients. ● Vertical Market Development o Develop in-depth expertise in key industries, including MTU, MDU, as well as sectors such as construction, military, retail, hospitality, finance, and healthcare. o Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop tailored solutions for industry-specific needs and strengthen brand presence. o Act as the lead liaison for Spanish-speaking stakeholders within these verticals to ensure cultural alignment and clear communication. ● Qualification and Skills: o Educational & Professional: ▪ High School Diploma & minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within the telecommunications, ISP, or technology sectors. ▪ Professional certifications in telecommunications or technology are preferred, though not required ▪ Proven ability to manage key accounts and drive business development. ▪ Native or professional fluency in Spanish and English (Required). o Technical Skills: ▪ Demonstrable proficiency working with CRM software solutions (e.g. NetSuite, Salesforce, etc.) ▪ Ability to conduct competitive analysis and use tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, or industry-specific software for market research. o Soft Skills ▪ Presentation Skills ▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels. ▪ Advanced problem-solving and negotiation skills. ▪ Strong analytical skills to identify challenges and develop effective solutions. ▪ Works seamlessly with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions for clients.
