IHG Hotels - - Responsibilities: Patrol the premises, monitor entrances, control access, and respond to calls, alarms and emergencies; Record incident reports to police and fire agencies involving investigations and to internal departments to assist in case evaluation, settlement or defense; Check guests in/out and manage wake-up call requests; Investigate loss and safety incidents and comply with laws and hotel procedures to prevent or minimize loss; May administer CPR and communicate information to EMS/medical personnel as required
