Senior Product Manager (LED Platform & Analytics)Join Lime Media, a dynamic organization experiencing rapid expansion. Embrace our ethos of innovation, community engagement, and unwavering commitment to excellence. We specialize in crafting bespoke marketing experiences nationwide, leveraging custom vehicle modifications and cutting-edge strategies. If you thrive in a collaborative, high-energy environment alongside dedicated professionals, Lime Media is your ideal career destination. We are building a scalable ad tech / data platform business on top of our LED truck “operating system” and newly built data lake. Today, our Head of Technology is carrying product strategy, execution, and validation on top of system architecture, IT, and broader operational responsibilities. You will be the product lead for this platform: owning the roadmap, translating business and client needs into clear work for engineering, validating that what we ship works in the real world, and implementing simple agile practices so we can execute at pace. You are technical enough to work directly with developers and understand APIs/data, and commercial enough to sit with operations, sales, and clients and talk in plain English about value. You are not a project manager; you are accountable for product outcomes, and you’ll use lightweight operating rhythms to help a small team execute. This role is for someone who has already helped build B2B SaaS or platform products in messy, fast-growth environments and wants a seat close to the core of a company’s growth and strategic plans.________________________________________What We’re Building: Product Surfaces & UsersInternal products (operators and account teams)Campaign setup and management for LED truck campaignsDispatch / tour operations and routingContent scheduling and proof-of-performanceOperational, billing, and performance reporting used by account management and leadershipExternal products (clients and partners)Client-facing analytics and reporting (impressions, coverage, performance)Dashboards and/or APIs for agencies, brands, and fleet/freight advertisersIntegrations for external operators (e.g., LED fleets) to run their operations on our platform and prove value to their customersData & platform layerIngestion of GPS/telemetry, campaign metadata, and event dataStandardized data models for vehicles, campaigns, locations, and impressions/exposuresMulti-tenant platform capabilities and APIs that allow others to “plug in” and build on top of our system________________________________________What You’ll DoOwn and drive the product roadmapPartner with the Head of Technology to turn the high-level vision for our LED OS, Data Platform, and LIME Analytics into a clear, prioritized roadmap.Maintain and continuously refine a backlog that balances:Operational needs (internal users, tour managers, account managers).External customer use cases (large LED clients, potential fleet/freight advertisers).Strategic platform work (multi-tenant, APIs, integrations, data model).Make day-to-day trade-off decisions on scope, sequencing, and “not now,” escalating only the bigger strategic pivots.Translate business and client needs into buildable workWork directly with internal stakeholders (LED account management, operations, tour managers, sales) to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities.Turn fuzzy requests and ideas into concrete user stories, acceptance criteria, UX flows, and non-fluffy definitions of done.Provide developers with the business context and constraints they need to ship the right thingValidate functionality and ensure it actually moves the needleOwn the process of confirming that what we ship:Works as intended functionally.Addresses the real use case and not just the stated request.Moves us closer to a scalable, plug-and-play platform rather than bespoke one-offs.Design and execute lightweight validation loops: internal pilots, field feedback with tour managers, feedback sessions with account managers and clients.Implement and run agile practicesIntroduce and run basic agile processes suitable for a small, fast-moving team:Backlog grooming, sprint planning, standups, demos, retrospectives.Maintain simple, honest tracking of progress against the roadmap (no theatre).Create visibility for leadership into what’s in-flight, what’s blocked, and what’s next.Help shift the Head of Technology out of day-to-day triage; become the primary owner of the delivery system.Shape the platform and SaaS/data offeringHelp define what “plug-and-play” actually means for:Other LED operators (e.g., fleets of trucks).Fleet/freight advertisers who want impressions/analytics on their own vehicles.Work with the Head of Technology on:Standardizing data models around campaigns, vehicles, locations, and impressions.Defining APIs and integration patterns that external partners and clients can actually use.Contribute to pricing/packaging discussions for SaaS and analytics offerings by grounding them in real use cases and value delivered.Be the bridge between technology and the fieldWork day-to-day with:The junior developer and external dev partners (clarifying scope, unblocking decisions).Desktop support where needed when internal tools/product overlap with infrastructure.Gradually take more direct ownership of:Use-case discussions with LED account management and sales.Riding shotgun on selected client conversations around analytics, impressions, and platform capabilities.________________________________________You Might Be a Fit IfExperience5–8+ years in product management or an adjacent product role, with significant time in B2B SaaS, platforms, or data/analytics products.Proven track record operating in small, fast-growing environments where you had to build structure, not inherit it.Experience working closely with engineers on API- or data-heavy products (you are comfortable in technical discussions, even if you’re not writing production code).Bonus domains (not mandatory but useful):Ad tech, digital out-of-home, programmatic, or media measurement.Telematics, logistics, fleet management, or mobility.Analytics products where impression/exposure/attribution-type metrics matter.Technical and product skillsAble to read API docs, understand basic data models, and reason about integrations and multi-tenant behavior.Comfortable digging into logs, payloads, or database outputs with engineering to understand what’s really happening.Strong at turning operational feedback into structured requirements and clear definitions of done. Can design and run simple but effective agile processes without drowning a small team in ceremony.Business and communicationCan sit with account managers, operators, and clients and talk about value in plain English.Know how to frame trade-offs and say “no” or “not now” without damaging relationships.Comfortable contributing to early thinking on monetization and packaging (how we turn capability into revenue).MindsetEntrepreneurial: you treat this as building a business line, not just shipping tickets.Hands-on: willing to dive into details with engineering and operations, not just work from slide decks.Resilient and honest: you don’t sugar-coat status; you surface risks and help solve them.Low-ego collaborator: you’re comfortable challenging and being challenged by the Head of Technology as a true right hand.
