Facility Liaison Associate

ResponsibilitiesSupports the day-to-day operations of the facility and mail servicesManage daily coordination and conference room setups.Completes all daily weekly and monthly reportsRespond promptly to requests for building maintenance, repairs, cleaning needs, etc. from building occupantsAct as liaison between on-site Prudential associates and the following groups:Landlord/Building Property ManagementPrudential Corporate Facilities, Health & Wellness, and Real Estate teamAll Facilities vendors including janitorial, electrical, painting, plumbing, technology, security, mailroom, and parkingMaintain/manage any on site furniture inventory and storage areasServe as fire/life safety contact with landlord, coordinating all evacuations, coordinating all fire alarm/extinguisher testing Coordinate any maintenance to the vending, water cooler, ice machine or coffee machineQualificationsMust have PC skills office, clerical, faxing, item processing, data entry or other related mailbox processingStrong customer service and communication skillsProven reliability and commitment to work schedule and attendance. Flexibility to work additional hours with little notice.Working knowledge of preparing files financial industry preferred.Proven high quality standard for work produced (consistent error free) and high throughput (consistent Items for Hour)Ability to perform well under pressure and meet rigorous deadlinesFollow internal operational controls and adhere to financial industry regulationsSupport other operations and administrative functions as required.Ability to work both independently and as active participant in a team environment.Contribute towards a positive, collaborative and supportive workplace.
