The successful candidate will lead a team of electricians and ensure that all electrical installations, maintenance, and repair work are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with local codes and regulations. The role requires strong leadership, in-depth knowledge of electrical systems, and excellent project management skills.\n \nKey Responsibilities for and Electrical Superintendent:\n\nSupervise and manage the daily operations of electrical crews on construction sites.\nEnsure all electrical work meets industry standards, local building codes, and safety regulations.\nCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.\nCoordinate material orders, equipment deliveries, and manpower schedules.\nMonitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.\nConduct inspections of electrical systems, identifying and resolving any issues.\nEnsure a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety meetings.\nTroubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide technical guidance to the team.\nMaintain documentation, including work reports, schedules, and project plans.\nMentor and train junior electricians and other crew members.\n\nQualifications:\n\nMinimum of 7 years of experience in electrical construction, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.\nJourneyman or Master Electrician License (preferred).\nIn-depth knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, and electrical codes (NEC).\nStrong leadership and team management skills.\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nProficiency in project management software and tools.\nStrong communication skills, both written and verbal.\nValid driver&#39;s license and ability to travel to various job sites.\n\nEducation:\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent (required).\nAssociate's or Bachelor&#39;s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).\n\n \nPlease note the selected candidate will be required to submit to full pre-employment background and drug screening.Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled
