Customer Service And Warehouse Associate

Job Title: Customer Service / Warehouse ClerkJob DescriptionSupport customers by handling inquiries, preparing quotes, and processing, expediting, and managing orders and returns. This role sources parts from suppliers nationwide and assists in driving sales through upselling, add-on recommendations, and customer education. The associate also supports warehouse operations by stocking inventory, pulling orders, and delivering products to customers as needed. This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in both office and warehouse environments.ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries and prepare quotes.Process, expedite, and manage orders and returns.Source parts from suppliers nationwide.Drive sales through upselling and add-on recommendations.Educate customers on products and services.Stock inventory and pull orders in the warehouse.Deliver products to customers as needed.Essential SkillsStrong customer service skills.Attention to detail.Proficiency in SAP systems.Excellent communication and computer skills.Ability to manage logistics and direct calls.Experience in customer support and documentation of orders.Additional Skills & QualificationsPreferred experience in customer service or inside sales.Strong multitasking skills.Comfortable with technical products.Proficient in order entry and Microsoft Office.Solutions-focused mindset.Why Work Here?Enjoy a Star Plan with a monthly bonus based on branch production.
