Job Title: Customer Service / Warehouse ClerkJob DescriptionSupport customers by handling inquiries, preparing quotes, and processing, expediting, and managing orders and returns. This role sources parts from suppliers nationwide and assists in driving sales through upselling, add-on recommendations, and customer education. The associate also supports warehouse operations by stocking inventory, pulling orders, and delivering products to customers as needed.
