The role involves preparing accurate quantity take-offs, developing project cost estimates, managing project budgets, and collaborating with design and construction teams to ensure successful project planning. Effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams is a vital part of this role.QualificationsProficiency in Construction Estimating, including creating accurate and detailed project cost estimatesStrong Quantity Take-offs and Cost Management skillsExpertise in Budgeting and financial analysis to control and manage project expensesEffective Communication skills to work with clients, subcontractors, and internal teamsAbility to interpret construction documents and specificationsFamiliarity with construction management software and toolsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferredExperience in healthcare facility construction is a plus
