The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling all phases of complex commercial litigation, including factual investigations, discovery, pleadings, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and client communications. Experience in bothstate and federal courtis strongly preferred, with additional exposure toadministrative proceedings and arbitrationconsidered a plus. Candidates must bebased in Californiaand hold anactive California bar license . This role will support attorneys within the firm'sTechnology, Manufacturing & Transportationbusiness unit. The ideal candidate brings strong academic credentials, excellent judgment, and a proven ability to manage multiple matters under pressure.
