The Strategic Account Manager will oversee key relationships with clients, focusing on maintaining and growing business through exceptional customer service and strategic partnerships. Responsibilities include identifying new opportunities, managing client portfolios, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and effectively. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to drive operational excellence and meet client expectations.QualificationsClient Relationship Management and Account Management skillsExperience in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and SalesStrong Communication, Negotiation, and Problem-Solving abilitiesKnowledge of the restoration, construction, insurance, or related industriesProficiency in CRM software and other related toolsLeadership and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate and lead initiativesAbility to work on-site in Atlanta, GABachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
