Manager, Community Outreach and Clinical Liaison

Location: Mansfield, TX (Some Regional Travel Required)In Order to Be Considered, You Must Have:Community healthcare outreach experience managing a territory or working in the fieldManagement experience, preferably leading Clinical Liaisons or outreach teamsProvider relations experience working directly with physicians, hospitals, or medical practicesProven experience in marketing, including strategies that support referral growth and provider engagementSurepoint Emergency Centers is seeking a Manager, Community Outreach and Clinical Liaisonto lead and develop a team responsible for building strong physician and community relationships that drive patient referrals.This is a hands-on leadership role focused on managing field outreach, strengthening provider partnerships, and ensuring Clinical Liaisons produce measurable referral growth across the region.What you'll do:Clinical Liaison LeadershipManage and coach Clinical Liaisons across assigned territoriesConduct ride-alongs, performance coaching, and team developmentEnsure field activity, visit quality, and follow-up standards are metPhysician & Provider RelationsDevelop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, surgery centers, and specialistsSupport referral development through in-person outreach and provider engagementGuide Clinical Liaisons in building and maintaining strong referral networksCommunity OutreachOversee community engagement initiatives such as CPR training and outreach eventsSupport partnerships with schools, gyms, universities, and local organizationsPerformance & ReportingTrack outreach activity, referral trends, and provider engagementProvide insights and recommendations to leadership on referral growth opportunitiesWho we're looking for:5+ years of experience in healthcare outreach, provider relations, clinical liaison leadership, or referral developmentProven experience managing field-based teamsStrong understanding of physician referral relationships and healthcare provider networksHighly organized with strong follow-throughComfortable working in the field and traveling within the regionWeekend availability required
