SAP Transportation Management (TM) Practice Director

Westernacher Consulting is strengthening its SAP Supply Chain and Logistics capabilities to support global clients on large-scale S/4HANA transformation programs. We are seeking an experienced SAP TM Practice Director to lead and grow our Transportation Management practice, drive strategic client engagements, and shape our TM delivery and solution roadmap.This role is pivotal in building practice capability, driving business growth, and delivering complex SAP TM transformation programs across industries.Your ResponsibilitiesLead and grow the SAP Transportation Management (TM) practice across regions/projectsDefine practice strategy, solution offerings, and delivery frameworks for SAP TMDrive end-to-end SAP TM implementation programs in S/4HANA environmentsProvide solution architecture oversight for complex transportation and logistics processesEngage with senior client stakeholders as a trusted advisor on logistics transformationLead presales activities including solution design, proposals, and client presentationsBuild, mentor, and develop high-performing SAP TM consulting teamsEnsure successful project delivery with focus on quality, timelines, and value realizationCollaborate with other SAP practice areas (EWM, SD, MM, FICO) for integrated supply chain solutionsDrive innovation in transportation planning, execution, freight management, and optimizationEstablish best practices, accelerators, and reusable assets for SAP TM deliverySupport business development and revenue growth targets for the practiceYour Skills & Experience12+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on SAP Transportation Management (TM)Proven track record in leading SAP TM implementation and transformation programsDeep expertise in SAP TM processes including transportation planning, execution, charge management, and freight settlementStrong understanding of S/4HANA logistics architecture and integration with EWM, SD, MM, and FICOExperience in designing end-to-end supply chain and transportation solutionsStrong presales experience including solutioning, proposals, and client workshopsProven leadership experience managing consulting teams and delivery unitsStrong client-facing and stakeholder management skills at executive levelAbility to define practice strategy and drive business growthStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsExperience in global delivery environments across multiple industriesBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, IT, or related fieldSAP TM certification is highly desirableWhat We OfferOpportunity to build and lead a strategic SAP TM practiceCompetitive executive compensation package (salary, bonus, benefits)Global exposure to complex logistics transformation programsHigh autonomy, ownership, and entrepreneurial environmentStrong focus on leadership development and career progressionCollaborative, low-hierarchy organization cultureInterested?
