Executive House Manager & Nanny | Warm & Active Family in Denver Colorado
A warm, organized family is seeking an Experienced House Manager / Nanny to serve as the operational lead of their home while providing thoughtful support to the children. This is a true leadership role within the household, responsible for ensuring the home runs seamlessly, remains fully stocked and organized, and maintains a calm, structured environment throughout the week. With the youngest child in preschool, the position leans heavily into home management, meal preparation, vendor coordination, and overall household logistics, while also providing meaningful support during key parts of the children's day. This role requires someone who can confidently take ownership of the home, collaborate with additional staff, and anticipate needs before they arise. The ideal candidate is proactive, emotionally intelligent, and highly organized — someone who takes pride in creating systems, maintaining high standards, and elevating the overall function and feel of the household. About the ChildrenThis is a lively, loving family with five children ranging from toddler through college age. While the primary focus of this role will be supporting the younger children still living at home, the household is energetic, engaged, and full of personality. She thrives outdoors and loves swimming, trampoline time, park adventures, gymnastics, dancing, singing, ball play, and arts and crafts — all the joyful, busy rhythms of early childhood. She is friendly and warms up quickly once she feels comfortable. As the youngest in the family, she is full of personality and confidence and benefits from gentle guidance, consistency, and patient redirection as she continues learning about sharing and cooperation. Pre-TeenFriendly, kind, and incredibly helpful. Active and curious, with interests that include team sports, horseback riding, scouting activities, robotics, science, the outdoors, and cooking. Musical and creative, enjoys playing guitar and singing. Responds well to inclusion, encouragement, and steady mentorship. Teen (High School Student)Social, athletic, and driven. More reserved in temperament but warm and engaging, especially when discussing areas of interest. Preparing for college transition in the near future.
