You'll also deliver exceptional service. Here's a list of some key responsibilities:Performing preventive maintenance.Diagnostics and troubleshooting.Depending upon certification levels, performing various repairs and maintenance.Creating and maintaining vehicle history and maintenance records.Fitting vehicles with necessary equipment.Following all safety procedures.Who You Are:When someone says, "Can you fix this?" you say "Yes" before you know what's wrong. Despite all that swagger, you're an easygoing person who gets along well with others and likes being part of a team. Here are your qualifications:Minimum:3+ years vehicle service and repair experience.Ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles.Valid driver's license and safe driving record.Preferred:High school diploma or GED (or 3+ years of related work experience).Continued training to maintain current A.S.E. status and to meet with technology and fleet changes as they occur.A.S.E. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.Benefits:Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship.
