Senior Associate, End User Computing

Overview In this role you will enhance the end-user experience by automating, troubleshooting, and supporting desktop and mobile environments. You’ll maintain and improve end-user computing systems, strengthen security posture, and enable seamless device and application delivery. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in user experience and deploy solutions across Windows and macOS/iOS ecosystems. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position at OCC, focused on reliability, security, and user-centric tooling.
