In this role, you'll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico & USA.Responsibilities: Perform all responsibilities of the Material Handling Associate roleLead daily shift execution, including work assignment, prioritization, and follow-up on action itemsOwn and manage deviations, safety investigations, and safety CAPAs, including documentation and timely closureProvide high-quality issue descriptions and root cause input to support Quality and Safety investigationsRevise and support updates to SOPs, work instructions, and controlled documentsServe as a primary contact for inventory discrepancies and escalationsCommunicate operational status, risks, and priorities to leadership and cross-functional partnersParticipate in and contribute to Tier 1 meetings, including reporting metrics and action statusCoach and support Associate-level team members on best practices and compliance expectationsEnsure consistent application of cGMP, safety, and data integrity standards across the shiftProvides advanced operational support and leadership for material handling activities within manufacturing.
