We support merchants in processing card and alternative payments across key international markets.Job SummaryThis role partners with international business leaders to lead recruitment and people management initiatives across multiple jurisdictions, enabling effective HR practices while navigating diverse regulatory and cultural environments.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with regional and global stakeholders to guide people-related decisions that align with business objectivesLead end-to-end recruitment processes across key markets including Hong Kong, Singapore, United States, United Kingdom, and the Netherlands to attract top talentSupport performance management by coaching managers on goal setting, delivering feedback, and facilitating performance discussionsServe as the primary HR contact for employee relations, providing guidance on policy application and compliance with local employment regulationsProvide regional insights to align global HR frameworks with local regulatory requirements and cultural contextsPreferred Competencies And QualificationsFluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken) to facilitate effective cross-border communicationMinimum 3 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in HR within banking, payments, financial services, or technology sectorsExperience working with or within European organisations is highly advantageousStrong knowledge of international employment laws and HR best practicesProven skills in stakeholder management, communication, and organisational effectivenessDemonstrated adaptability and proactivity in fast-paced, multicultural environmentsOther InformationWhat We OfferStructured career progression and professional development opportunitiesExposure to a high-growth fintech environment with international scopeCollaborative culture with experienced industry professionalsEmpowering workplace that supports innovation, ownership, and autonomyHow to Apply Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV to: 📧 cheer.ni@onerway.com
