Serving institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth clients, O'Connor operates from offices in New York City, Palm Beach, and Mexico City.RoleWe are seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to support a dynamic Florida commercial retail portfolio, including high-profile retail and redevelopment assets.The ideal candidate will have prior commercial property management experience with strong organizational and communication skills. Experience with MRI and Yardi is preferred.Responsibilities include assisting with all aspects of property management operations, including:• Tenant relations and daily communications• Accounts receivable follow-up and collections coordination• Vendor management and service coordination• Work order tracking and maintenance coordination• Insurance certificate (COI) compliance tracking• Budget support and invoice processing• CAM, tax, and insurance reconciliation support• Lease administration and critical date tracking• Tenant sales reporting and percentage rent administration• Preparation of tenant notices and correspondence• Property inspections and operational follow-up• Coordination of capital projects and tenant buildouts• Support with redevelopment and construction initiatives• Utility coordination and service requests• General administrative and operational support for the portfolio teamThis is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced commercial real estate environment with exposure to high-profile retail assets and redevelopment activity throughout Florida.
