You'll partner closely with leadership and teams across the organization to ensure our people and environment set everyone up for success.What You'll DoOwn and lead the end-to-end employee experience, including recruiting, onboarding, development, and performance managementPartner with leadership to build and maintain a strong, connected, and high-performing cultureDrive employee engagement initiatives that keep teams motivated and alignedOversee office operations and workplace experience, ensuring a welcoming and productive environmentCollaborate with a PEO partner for administration, compliance, and HR best practicesAct as a trusted advisor, coaching managers and employees across the organizationIdentify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall employee experience What You Bring3–7 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or Talent functionsStrong experience in recruiting, onboarding, and employee developmentAbility to balance strategy with hands-on executionExcellent communication and organizational skillsConfidence in coaching and advising leaders and teamsExperience working in a high-growth environment is a plusA team-first mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo Why You Should ApplyThis is more than just an HR role—it's an opportunity to shape the employee experience from the ground up.
