Materials Quality Technician

IntePros is partnered with a global biopharmaceutical client in Kankakee, IL to identify a Materials Quality Technician to support the inspection, sampling, and disposition of raw materials and manufacturing supplies. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with cGMP standards and maintaining product quality across operations.ResponsibilitiesPerform sampling and inspection of raw materials, components, and labeling materials per SOPs and specificationsEnsure materials meet quality standards related to safety, identity, strength, purity, and qualityMaintain accurate and complete inspection and disposition recordsProperly label and route materials following inspection and dispositionEnsure materials pending disposition are stored appropriatelyUtilize proper tools and PPE during sampling and inspection activitiesSupport training of incoming inspectors and assist Quality leadership as neededCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth material flow and complianceQualificationsHigh School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline preferred1–2 years of experience in a regulated environment (pharmaceutical, biotech, or similar) preferredStrong attention to detail and documentation accuracySolid written, verbal, and basic mathematical skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionTeam-oriented with strong collaboration skills
