Full-Stack Developer – Python | React.js | React Native | AWS

You will play a key role in building and maintaining robust, scalable, and high-performing applications that support our investment and financial operations.The ideal candidate has a strong background in backend development with Python, frontend expertise in React.js and React Native, and experience deploying applications in AWS cloud environments.This role requires strong communication skills, as you will work closely with a development team, project manager, and data scientist, who will provide requirements for building and enhancing applications.Responsibilities:• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and APIs using Python• Build and enhance user interfaces with React.js for web applications and React Nativefor mobile applications.• Implement scalable and efficient cloud solutions using AWS services (Lambda, APIGateway, Cognito, CDK, etc.).• Optimize application performance and security.• Work closely with the development team, project manager, and data scientist to align on project goals and deliverables.• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with best practices in CI/CD,testing, and version control (Git/GitLab).• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.Qualifications:• 3+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer.• Strong proficiency in Python• Expertise in React.js for frontend development and React Native for mobile development.• Familiarity with state management (Redux, Context API) and modern frontend bestpractices.• Experience deploying and managing applications in AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, Cognito,CDK, etc.).• Strong knowledge of RESTful API design, WebSockets, and asynchronous programming.• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoD, etc.).• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum development environments.• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.• Experience working with business users to understand needs and translate them intosoftware requirements.• Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Terraform, is a plus.• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Nice to Have:• Experience with GraphQL and modern API architectures.• Knowledge of financial technology (FinTech) applications or experience working infinancial services.• Experience integrating third-party APIs and authentication systems (OAuth, JWT, SSO).• Prior work in a startup or fast-paced environment.What We Offer:• The opportunity to work on impact-driven technology solutions in the financial industry.• A collaborative and innovative work environment.• Competitive salary and benefits.• Professional development opportunities and growth potential.If you’re passionate about building scalable, high-performance applications and working in a mission-driven financial technology environment, we’d love to hear from you!
