The assignment is expected to run through September, with the possibility of extension or conversion.About the RoleThis role will focus on full-cycle AP functions and requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work within tight deadlines.ResponsibilitiesProcess high-volume invoices accurately and timelyMatch, code, and enter invoices into the AP systemReconcile discrepancies and resolve invoice issuesCommunicate with vendors regarding payment status and inquiriesSupport month-end close activities as neededMaintain accurate records and documentationQualifications2+ years of Accounts Payable experience requiredStrong understanding of AP processes and invoice workflowsHigh attention to detail and accuracyProficiency with accounting systems and ExcelAbility to manage deadlines and work independentlyRequired SkillsStrong attention to detailAccuracy in processing invoicesAbility to work within tight deadlinesPreferred SkillsExperience with accounting systemsProficiency in ExcelPay range and compensation packagePay Rate: $19–$22 per hourType: Temp to HireSchedule: Monday- Friday 8-5pmEqual Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity.
