Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Engineer who will be responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining AI workflows that support an Auto OEM’s business and technical objectives. The Senior AI Engineer will provide technical leadership and oversight for AI workflow implementation, in addition to their knowledge of AI.Key Responsibilities:Define AI workflow architecture patterns and engineering best practices. Review and guide implementation of AI pipelines and workflow orchestration. Ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability of deployed workflows. Mentor other AI Engineers and support knowledge transfer. Ensure compliance with Scout Motors’ security, privacy, and Responsible AI requirements.Define program goals, scope, deliverables, and success metrics in alignment with organizational strategy.Monitor program performance, timelines, and budget adherence.Identify, track, and mitigate program-level risks and issues.Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders through status reports and review meetings.Ensure alignment between business goals, project delivery, and change management.Foster collaboration between product, engineering, operations, and other departments.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information technology, or related field experience.Fluency in AWS based platforms is a plus8+ years of proven experience in AI, preferably in the automotive sectors or manufacturing sectors. Strong leadership skills to guide project teams, manage stakeholders, and drive success.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, CISSP or CSM is a plus.
